Capilclinic is a clinic dedicated to hair treatments with state-of-the-art facilities. Its modern infrastructure has been designed to offer patients a comfortable and safe environment throughout their treatment.
Benefits of the Min Time FUE Method
We offer an innovative and exclusive technique designed to keep follicles outside the body for the shortest time possible during each procedure, in order to ensure the best results.
01. 100% Natural Results
The implantation of follicles is done without a defined pattern, according to the patient’s physiology, ensuring the highest possible hair density in the transplanted area.
02. Unlimited Follicle Transplant
Unlike other techniques, we implant the number of follicles each patient truly needs, achieving the best possible results.
03. We Care for the Donor Area
Follicles are extracted optimally so that the donor area is not left exposed and visually maintains its original uniformity.
04. Hair Strengthening with Mesotherapy
The root of the transplanted hair is strengthened with a mesotherapy treatment to improve scalp health and ensure long-lasting results.
Hair Transplant Prices
All-inclusive hair transplant plans with financing options. What you see is what you pay, no more, no less. “Maximum number of grafts possible,” depending on the donor area in each case.

The Doctor Answers Your Most Frequent Hair Transplant Questions
01. What is the Sapphire FUE technique?
We use sapphire blades to open micro-channels, which allows for greater precision compared to the traditional FUE technique.
The Sapphire FUE technique (Follicular Unit Extraction) involves extracting individual follicles from the back and sides of the scalp (donor area) and transplanting them to the areas in need (recipient area). This is currently the most advanced technique available.
Hair transplant process with Sapphire FUE:
Preparation:
We perform an analysis to rule out any contraindications.
Consultation with the doctor and translator to plan the procedure.
Local anesthesia is applied to numb the area.
Phase One:
Follicles are extracted using a 0.6 mm punch. This step can take 3–4 hours depending on patient needs, followed by a 20-minute break for rest and refreshments.
Phase Two:
Implantation of the extracted follicles. Channels are opened with a 0.6 mm punch to achieve maximum density.
Attention to detail is crucial, such as implant line design, density, and direction of implantation. This step also takes 3–4 hours.
How do I know if I’m a good candidate?
- If you suffer from androgenetic alopecia.
- Localized hair loss.
- Scarring alopecia in small areas.
- If you prefer short hair without visible scars.
- If you're looking to cover scars or previous transplants.
02. Pre-operation steps for hair transplant
Medical assessment before the hair transplant
Before undergoing a hair transplant surgery, CapilClinic’s medical team conducts a detailed analysis to identify the type of hair loss and select the best technique for a successful outcome.
During this consultation, your medical history is reviewed, including any pre-existing conditions, and your expectations for the procedure are discussed.
Some questions to be ready for during your first appointment:
- When did you first notice your hair loss?
- Has your hair loss progressed recently?
- Have you had any prior medical or surgical treatments for hair loss?
- Are you currently taking any medications or supplements?
- Do you have any known allergies?
- What are your goals with this procedure?
Once the surgeon has this information, a scalp examination is performed to assess the number of lost follicles, hair thickness and texture, type of hair loss, and donor area density and quality.
You’ll receive all the information about the procedure, including pre-op instructions and what to expect before, during, and after the surgery.
Important notes
One week before surgery, avoid aspirin, anti-inflammatories, vitamins, or any blood-thinning substances.
Do not cut your hair during the week before. Avoid strenuous physical activity days before the operation.
Three days before surgery, stop consuming alcohol. Avoid caffeine and refrain from smoking if possible.
Wash your hair the night before using a gentle shampoo (baby shampoo or the one recommended by the clinic).
If you have any doubts, contact our clinic through any method available on our website.
03. Hair transplant stages
Before starting the hair transplant
A blood test is performed to ensure you are eligible for surgery (screening for Hepatitis B/C and HIV).
If cleared, the donor area is numbed using chilled ether and local anesthesia, which lasts around 12 hours.
Implantation begins with single follicle grafts to define the front hairline. Total procedure time ranges between 5 and 7 hours.
Procedure Phases
Phase 1: Extraction using a 0.8 mm motorized punch for multi-graft follicles and a 0.6–0.7 mm punch for singles.
Follicles are sorted into singles, doubles, and triples during the extraction.
After a break, the recipient site is prepared. This step is key for success and involves high precision.
Incisions are made with special blades, and grafts are placed following natural hair growth direction to ensure a natural look.
The goal is 100% graft survival, which will be assessed during follow-up visits.
04. Post-op instructions
First Week
Detailed post-op instructions are provided to ensure long-lasting results with FUE.
For the first 3 days, a bandage is worn on the donor area, while the recipient area must remain uncovered.
Sleep on your back with your head slightly elevated using pillows to avoid contact.
On day 1, the donor area bandage is removed and the area no longer needs special care.
The clinic will provide medication and lotions. Pain relievers can be taken every 8 hours as needed.
Swelling may occur around the eyes and typically subsides in 2–3 days.
Patients can resume daily activities after 24 hours but should wait 48 hours for sexual activity and 30 days before resuming exercise.
On day 3, the first wash is done using a gentle process involving lotion and shampoo.
The lotion should sit for 45 minutes, then be rinsed with warm, low-pressure water.
This washing routine continues for 7 days, once a day, max twice.
From day 5, gentle massages can begin, increasing pressure slightly from day 6 to 10.
Initial care products (like Bepanthol lotion and Sebamed shampoo) are provided by the clinic.
Final Stage
By the end of week one, scabs and clots should fall off naturally. Never forcefully remove them.
Once fully healed, usually by week two, you can use your regular shampoo and no one will notice you've had surgery.
Avoid sun exposure and high temperatures for the first month. Go outdoors only when necessary.
